1.Responsibility for Shipping.
1.1. Bruspy Group LLC is not responsible for the shipping of products purchased through our auctions.
1.2. Bruspy Group LLC is not responsible for any problems, delays, or damages that may occur during transportation, regardless of the transportation company used.
1.3. Any recommendations of transportation companies provided by Bruspy Group LLC are merely indicative and do not oblige the customer to use them. Customers are free to choose any transportation company of their preference.
2. Import Fees and Import Issues.
2.1. Bruspy Group LLC is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, customs duties, or any other charges associated with the importation of products to your destination country.
2.2. It is the total responsibility of the customer to ensure that the purchased products comply with the import laws of their country and to handle any issues or complications that may arise during the import process.
3. Payments
3.1. Payments must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after the creation of the invoice, using the bank details provided therein.
3.2. Bruspy Group LLC is not responsible for any payment transfers and holds no responsibility for any currency exchange company or bank used for making the payments.
4. Discounts.
4.1. All discounts must be announced on the website and will only be valid if they are listed there.
5. RMA Policy.
5.1. The period for requesting an RMA is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.2. The period begins from the receipt of the product at the previously registered address. 5.3. If there is any issue with the merchandise during the shipping process, the possibility of RMA is excluded and the contents here are nullified.
5.4. RMA requests made after this period will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
6. Acceptance of Terms.
6.1. By purchasing our products on our platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
